Body: 90% wool, 10% nylon (Bishu, Aichi)
Sleeves: 100% cowhide leather, urushi-lacquered (Himeji, Hyogo)
Lining: 92% polyester, 8% silk (jacquard woven in Kyoto)
Padding: 100% polyester
Ribbing: 57% acrylic, 24% wool, 18% nylon, 1% polyurethane

Kokiake — a deep scarlet defined in Japan's ancient court codes, where color marked rank. Dyed with madder and gromwell root.
