| Price | Listed on each product page. Prices for Japan include Japanese consumption tax. Prices for the United States include shipping and import duties. |
| Additional Charges | Shipping is included in the price. There is no additional shipping charge. Orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and we cover all import duties. Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout. If you request a size exchange, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the jacket back to us. If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. |

| Delivery Timing | Season One orders begin shipping in late November 2026, in the order they were placed. If timing shifts due to production, we will contact you individually. If orders for your color and size exceed the jackets completed in November, your order will be fulfilled from the spring 2027 production run. We will let you know promptly after you order, and if you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund. |

| Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations | We do not accept returns for change of mind once your order is complete. Cancellations: Accepted within 7 days of your order, as long as it has not yet shipped. Size exchanges: Accepted within 8 days of delivery, subject to availability of the size you need. The jacket must be unworn, with all tags, accessories, and the presentation box included (one exchange per order). Exchanges to change the lining color are not accepted. | Defective Items | If your jacket has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 8 days of delivery with photos showing its condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will repair or replace the jacket (or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available). Scars and insect bite marks from the original hide, differences in the grain and lacquer luster of the Kurozan leather, and measurement variations of about 1 cm arise from the materials and the way the jacket is made, and are not defects. The 8-day contact window does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. |
