Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge. For both domestic (Japan) and international orders, shipping is included in the price.

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Schedule

This product is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, so the time to shipment differs from typical online purchases.

Shipping begins in late November 2026, in order of purchase. Timing may shift slightly depending on production progress; we will contact each customer individually once a shipping date is confirmed.

Craftspeople in four regions of Japan are involved in each jacket. This time is necessary to maintain quality and cannot be shortened. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Method

The carrier will be designated by us. We are generally unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

When your order ships, we will email you the carrier name and tracking number. If you wish to change the delivery date or time, please use the carrier's own delivery management services.

For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Delivery

As this is a high-value item, a signature or proof of identity may be required upon receipt. Unattended delivery (leaving the package at the door) is not available.

If the package exceeds the carrier's holding period due to extended absence or other reasons, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer. Please confirm that you will be available to receive your order before purchasing.

Packaging

Each jacket is delivered in its own presentation box.

The outer shipping box may show minor scuffs or dents from transit. We ask for your understanding regarding cosmetic wear that does not affect the product itself.

In the unlikely event that the product itself is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photographs along with your message, and we will respond accordingly.
