Returns & Refunds Policy

About Our Jackets
Every THE URAh jacket passes through the hands of craftspeople in four regions of Japan before it is finished.
Orders begin shipping in late November 2026. Payment is taken at the time of your order.

Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once your order is complete.
However, you may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. To cancel, please contact us using the details below.

Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 8 days of delivery, subject to availability of the size you need.
- The jacket must be unworn, with all tags, accessories, and the presentation box included.
- Each order may be exchanged once.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the jacket back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
- Exchanges to change the lining color are not accepted.
If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before ordering. We will help you choose, one jacket at a time.

Defects, Damage in Transit, and Incorrect Items
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The jacket has a manufacturing defect
- The jacket was damaged in transit
- You received an item different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 8 days of delivery, with photos showing the condition of the item. Once we have reviewed it, we will send you return instructions. (Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.) We will cover the cost of return shipping.
In principle, we will repair the jacket or replace it with an identical one. Because production is limited in number, if a replacement is not available or a repair is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
The 8-day contact window is a request on our part. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Natural Variation in Materials
The Kurozan leather on the sleeves carries the marks of the original hide, including scars and insect bites, and each hide differs in its grain and the luster of its lacquer. Because each jacket is finished by hand, measurements may also vary by about 1 cm. These are characteristics of the materials and the way the jacket is made, and are not defects.

If Your Order Ships in Spring
If orders for your color and size exceed the jackets completed in November, your order will be fulfilled from the spring 2027 production run. We will let you know promptly after you order. If you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving and reviewing the returned item. Depending on your card issuer, it may take several more days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Receiving Your Order
All deliveries require a signature. If a package cannot be delivered due to an extended absence and is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.
