Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge, for destinations in Japan or anywhere else.
International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We pay all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be billed for duties or taxes on delivery.
Dispatch
Every THE URAh garment is made to order, and delivery takes longer than ordinary online retail.
Shipping begins in late November 2026 and continues from there. Dates may shift with the progress of production; we will contact you individually once your shipping date is fixed.
Each jacket passes through the hands of craftspeople in four regions of Japan. That time is what the work requires, and it is not time we shorten.
Carrier and Delivery
We select the carrier. We are generally unable to accommodate requests for a specific delivery date or time.
When your order ships, we will email you the carrier name and tracking number. To arrange a different delivery date or time after that, please use the carrier's own service.
For international shipments, customs processing may add days to transit.
Receiving Your Order
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We do not leave packages unattended.
If a shipment cannot be delivered within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, the cost of reshipment is borne by you. Please confirm that you will be able to receive the delivery before ordering.
Packaging
Each jacket is delivered in its own presentation box.
The outer box may show minor scuffs or dents in transit. Where the garment itself is unaffected, we ask for your understanding.
If the garment itself arrives damaged, please contact us within eight (8) days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy 〔link〕.

送料について
送料は無料です。日本国内・海外いずれの配送先も、価格に含まれております。
海外への発送はDDP（関税元払い）にて行います。関税・輸入諸税はすべて当社が負担いたしますので、お客様に別途ご請求されることはありません。
発送時期について
本商品は受注生産のため、通常のオンライン販売とは発送までの期間が異なります。
2026年11月下旬より、順次発送いたします。生産の進捗により前後する場合がございますが、発送日が確定次第、個別にご連絡いたします。
一着ごとに、四つの産地の職人が関わっております。この期間は品質を保つために必要なものであり、短縮することはできません。ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
配送方法について
配送業者は当社にて指定いたします。日時のご指定は原則として承っておりません。
発送時に配送業者名と追跡番号をメールでお知らせいたしますので、日時変更をご希望の場合は、各配送業者のサービスをご利用ください。
海外配送の場合、通関手続きの状況により、お届けまでの日数が前後することがございます。
受け取りについて
すべての配送は、ご署名によるお受け取りが必要です。置き配には対応しておりません。
長期不在等により配送業者の保管期限を超過した場合、商品が当社に返送されます。その際の再配送費用はお客様のご負担となりますので、お受け取り可能な時期をご確認のうえご注文ください。
梱包について
一着ずつ、専用の化粧箱に納めてお届けいたします。
外箱は輸送中に多少の傷やへこみが生じる場合がございます。商品本体に影響のない範囲につきましては、ご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
万一、商品本体に破損があった場合は、お届けから8日以内に、状態のわかる写真を添えてご連絡ください。対応は返品・返金ポリシー〔リンク〕の定めによります。
